23/05/2022: Your grievances are being addressed, please check the status of application / grievance by logging on. Change will reflected in revised/ final merit list to be notified soon

17/05/2022: Due to representation of candidates, last date for submitting application is extended upto 18-05-2022, thereafter no extension shall be granted under any circumstances.

15/05/2022: Many applications are pending for verification due to deficiency of documents, which has been notified to the candidates by email and phone calls. All such candidates are impressed upon to clear the deficiency the by 16.05.2022 or the else the applications will be processed on the basis of available documents. Candidates in own interest should should the clear deficiency else their merit shall get effected for which no claim shall be entertained thereafter.
15/05/2022: MTech. candidates in all subjects shall not be eligible for engagement in academic arrangement 2022-23. wherever possible, they shall be given a second preference.
12/05/2022: Academic Arrangement 2022-23 now being run for all the colleges of Jammu division including the colleges affiliated to CLUJ, excluding GCW Parade. date extended further to 16-05-2022.     View Attachment
11/05/2022: Varification of the applications is in process and all applications will be verified on the basis available documents in due course of time, a chance to make up the deficiency will given even after the last date. Candidates should not unnecessarily submit grievance just for pending varification. Uploading of documents on grievance tab will not help unless asked for. All documents should be uploaded with application form in appropriate link

09/05/2022: Candidate can check the verification status by logging on using application number, date of birth and OTP and can submit request for updating, correction if any through the grievances
06/05/2022: Verification Research papers: It has been observed that some candidates have not uploaded the exact link of the research paper. The link should be such that, by clicking the link or pasting on browser the abstract of the paper along with the list of authors and affiliations pop on the screen.Instead , candidates have posted either email id of the journal or the web page of the journal. 05/05/2022: It has been found that the candidate have not linked their last year application with present one. Please note that this can lead to cancelation of candidature
03/05/2022: It has been seen that the candidates are not uploading the exact link of the research papers. Kindly upload the exact link, otherwise no points shall be awarded for the same.
